Each student is obligated to prepare a master's thesis, the topic of which is chosen in collaboration with the assigned supervisor. The supervision and examination of the master's thesis are conducted by a three-member examination committee. The selection of committee members is approved by the Department's Assembly, with the primary criterion being the relevance of their expertise to the research field of the thesis.
The selection of the master's thesis topic takes place during the first semester. The process of composing the thesis concludes with the public presentation in front of the committee members and anyone interested in attending.
